RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We really hope you loved your purchase with us, however we understand sometimes its not quite the right fit therefore returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Please note we do not accept international exchanges at this time.

All items you wish to return should be sent back in the original condition, unworn with all labels and tags still attached and in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns and/or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Returns are not free and the cost will be covered by the customer.

The New Archive will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using tracked shipping with a signature upon delivery.

Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. Please note the time it takes for the refund to appear back in your account depends on your bank.
